Dear Lord, you gave us Lance as you give us all things. Your calling Lance back to you is a reminder that nothing during our earthly journey is eternal; only You are eternal and only the salvation You offer is eternal. Thank you from the bottom of my heart for giving Lance to us for 48 years. He did your work and he made this hard world a much more fun and happy place to live in. I hope to see him once again, someday. I miss him, Lord.

I was a close friend of Lance's for many years. I just found out about his passing on just now. If a family member could contact me by email, I would be very appreciative. I'm so sorry for your loss. This is a loss for humanity, as Lance was one of the greatest who ever lived!
