Condolences
No words can express how sorry we are to know if your loss. Your family is in our minds, hearts and prayers may your faith help you through this very difficult time. If we can do anything please do not hesitate to call.
Please except my condolences
To watch Walker grow into such a strong, tender, mature spiritual man was one of the highlights of my life. His beautiful, spiritual family is a confirmation of that journey. When we see him again he will continue in that growth. And no doubt he will continue to help us all as an example of faith, love and devotion to our God.
We love you all so much!! We want you to be encouraged that Jehovah God promises to: "heal the brokenhearted and bind up their wounds" Psalms 147:3
May Jehovah bless and keep you, may He show favor to you, may He assign peace to you.
We love you!!
Aaron, Darlene Carter and the girls!
My deepest sympathies to the entire Carter family. I'm a gas mechanic at PECO and I've known Walker for my entire career (30 yrs). He'd give you the shirt off his back and ask for nothing in return. A good guy!!! Godspeed, my friend.
"Now cracks a noble heart. Good night, sweet prince; And flights of angels sing thee to thy rest."
To our friends Ocie & Donna and family;
We are sorry for your loss. We want you to know that we love you and you are in our thoughts and prayers.

To the Family:
We do not understand why circumstances occur or happen the way they do and the effect we all share. The hand of God is so mighty and in control that we know in our hearts there is a good and Blessed side to the unexpected. May your Faith in God never falter, may your strengths be as strong as your Faiths. Be Blessed.
PHILIPPIANS 4:13
I worked with Walker many years at PECO. What a great guy and family man. He will be missed by all. God Bless the entire Carter family!
On behalf of The Centennial Graduated Class of Chester High School 1974: we have lost yet another soldier, another Clipper, another Friend & Classmate. We are heartbroken over your passing Walker. So hard to imagine the without you in it. Claudette our dear classmate, your class loves you and we are keeping you and daughters in our prayers, hearts and thoughts.
Walker Lee Carter has presented his pass and he has sailed on. Sleep well our friend... sleep well. Your name has been added our loving you and missing you scroll. Sadly submitted.. Sandra D Shamburger Class President. Keeping Our Heads To The Sky...
Walker was omnipresent, the first one on the lane to start snow blowing in winter, and in the summertime you would see him on his tractor or heading out in his PECO truck in the midst of a thunder storm. Always a smile and kind word, On many Saturdays he would be on his way to the Hall with Claudette and family, and stop on the way out to see "what are you doing now Tony". He is already missed by the Berry Lane Family and neighbors - we are truly in disbelief. In our minds we believe that our little part of the world will always be the same - The Lane. This is another reason why you should, love thy family and neighbors and cherish ever minute of every day, because it is a gift. And you never know when God's plan calls you to a new neighborhood, a new Lane. Rest in Peace Walker.
Tony, Sandy, Doris and family
My family would like to express our sincere condolences to your family at this time. So sorry for the loss of our dear brother.
To the Carter Family,
My sincere heartfelt condolences to you, like you I consider Walker's passing a tremendous loss. As a former classmate Class of 74 I remember Walker as always a gentleman with a slight gentle smile that could up a room. As my first real date to my 8th grade dinner dance I remember his respectful persistence to meet my parent to assure them that I would be in good hands. Walker's life has been a true reflection of his faith and he will be fondly remembered.
Sincerely
Bernetta Sweeper-Kerns
