Obituary of Eleanor D. Ault

Eleanor D. Ault, age 95, of Media, PA, formerly of Darby, PA, died Sunday, June 24, 2018 at Granite Farms Estates.  Eleanor was born August 4, 1922.  Eleanor was a Registered Nurse and started her nursing career as an Operating Room Nurse at Presbyterian Hospital.  She was employed for many years as a school nurse for the William Penn School District.

Mrs. Ault was a Presbyterian at heart but after the family moved to Paoli, they attended a Methodist Church and she was very active in serving.  Eleanor was a member of The Order of the Eastern Stars for many years.  In her later years she became an avid reader and would devour books at an astonishing rate.

Predeceased by her husband Earl M. Ault and three brothers.

Daughters: Peggy Cloues and her husband Bill, Betsy Davis and her husband Joe

Four Grandchildren

Three Great-Grandchildren

Also survived by two siblings, many nieces and nephews, with special recognition of Earl MacBride and Ellen Tyson for their faithfulness through the years

Memorial Service: Thursday July 19^th at 11:00AM at the Minshall Shropshire-Bleyler Funeral Home, Ltd., Middletown (Rte. #352) & Knowlton Rds., Middletown Twp., Media, PA 19063.

Interment: Private

In lieu of flowers, memorial donations may be made to The United Mitochondrial Foundation and Darby Presbyterian Church.
