My deepest sympathy to you all - I know Marcia will be very much missed.
Marcia and I were the very best of friends all thru grade school, living on the same block and playing together after school. I remember her family well, her Dad was a tall gregarious figure and her mom, Mary Lou, was a good friend of my mother.
Marcia was lovely, and her personality matched her appearance. She had a very kind way about her and she was just a lot of fun to be with. We went thru high school together, but as our lives changed and we grew older, the amount of free time I could find to be with friends and participate in school activities became pretty limited due to professional obligations, so my memories of Marcia are best remembered thinking of how lucky I was to have spent so much time with her as we were growing up.
I suspect you had “ the Best of the Best” and am glad that she is now peacefully at rest.
