I have so many awesome memories, I can't choose just one. We laughed together, cried together and shared together. I was blessed by your gorgeous smile and love of the Lord. You were such an inspiration and strengthened my faith. Though I will miss you terribly I know you are in a much better place. Till we meet again, Harriet
Many of us are sharing the loss of a very special lady, Some as her children others as her friend. Since I came back to Florida I became close to Grandma becoming her Senior Companion bringing her to appts and shopping. We use to go to her daughter Nellie's on Sunday afternoon for dinner and played rummy cubes. After she moved to PA we would wait for her Sunday night phone call. Grandma was a very strong women. I will always treasure her friendship and she will always have a special place in my heart..
She is now in God's hand. My deepest sympathy to her children Nellie, Hariett, Debbie and Edward,
You were the best example of pride, intelligence, selflessness, class. You did everything for everyone around you, never asked for anything in return, yet deserved everything. Your missed and will be everyday.
Nellie was a wonderful loving mother-in-law for the past 48 years. Her memory will for ever be embedded in my heart through all eternity. Romans 6:5 tells us For if we become united with Him in the likeness of his death, we shall also be in the likeness of His resurrection. Romans 6:8 Now if we be dead with Christ, we believe that we shall also live with him. Love you Mom Stark
Hey Great Grandma. I am going to miss you forever. Thanks for the last 20+ years of being in my life. I came into your life when I was only about 7 years old, and you have been the greatest great grandma since then. I will miss swimming in the pool, and visiting you. I hope you are up there and playing bingo or swimming to your hearts content. I love you great grandma. I wish I was able to see/talk to you the last few years. You will forever be in my heart.
Love Always,
Krystal
Grandmom, you will be truly missed. You have been an inspiration to me for many years. I have always enjoyed our talks, I will miss your smile every time I would come to visit, you would just lite up. You are with grandpop, dad & the Lord, rest easy I love you! Give my dad a big hug for me. Missing you! Love Cari
Living with someone for 83 years and then they are gone is a very hard thing to deal with. Mom and I did a lot together over the years, She made flower arrangements and tried to teach me. We went on trips together. She was inspirational while I was getting my nursing degree and told me how proud of me she was. Mom was married very young still in her teens however she was a mom to me like a pro. She sat in the dark with me when I was ill. She took me to the doctors when I got sick and sat through all the trials and tribulations that comes with being a mom. She made the hard times seem easier and the good times seem better When I was very young I can remember standing at the mine entrance after a cave in. My dad worked there She said don't worry your dad will never allow anything to take you away from him. Then my dad came walking out. We didn't have any money so on Thanks Giving she made a meat loaf look like a turkey. It was the best turkey I ever ate. So while mom is up there smiling down on us I will still have her in my heart. Love you mom. And thanks for the great brother and sisters.
Grandma,
You are missed every day, i will remember the first day 22 years ago that you became a part of my life and my children's life. I will treasure all the memories we have shared from making all my flowers for my wedding to your grandson Dave to all the dinners and events we have shared. I love you grandma. Fly high ,
Love always ,
Jenny
Oh My Dearest Mrs Stark(Miss Nellie),I Have Held You So Warmly In My Heart From The First Day I Met You And Your Much Devoted Daughter Mrs. Mann.
I Sat With You, Laughed With You, As We Talked About The Love of Our Families. I Often Think of The Days We Laughed, Having Tea ,You Both Were So Encouraging To Me.
Thank You God For The Blessing Of Knowing Such A Grand Lady, A Kind. Saved Spirit, One, That I Will Never Forget .
A Life Well Lived!!! To God Be The Glory!!!!
Mrs Mann, May God Continue To Bless You, And Hold You In His Bosom...Caring For Your Mother, Well Done, My Dear Friend!!!
I've been honored to know Miss Nellie for the last 30 years, serving her and several of her family members in this timeframe, including her beloved husband, with whom she now, no doubt, resides in the Holy Presence of Almighty God.
She was a vibrant, vigorous and valiant lady towards the challenges and triumphs of her life, and this esrth and life have diminished, while the lights of Heaven, shine evermore brightly, for her spirit having Joined them.
I pray for her children, her children's children and all her great and great, great grandchildren, that the Love she left them with and the witness of her fortitude and strength will be with them each, as the Holy Spirit of Christ has been with her.
Much Love, Nellie!
Rica B.
