Obituary of Elizabeth Walters

Elizabeth (Crothers) Walters, age 80, of Garnet Valley, PA, formerly of Media, PA, died at home peacefully surrounded by her loving family on Saturday, November 20, 2021. Betsy was a graduate of Media High School, Class of 1958 and was a graduate of Pierce Junior College.  Betsy was an Insurance Agent with Nationwide Insurance until her retirement.

Betsy was a 2018 Inductee in the Hall of Fame with the Media Youth Center. She personally touched everyone she came in contact with and was an incredible wife and mom. She filled the world with love, kindness and her fervent belief that we should all be good to each other.

Daughter of the late Alfred H. and Jane (Dotts) Crothers.  Sister of the late Alfred H. Crothers, Jr.

Survivors:

Husband: John R. Walters

Sons: Kevin (Gaby) Morris of Pacific Palisades, CA, Dennis (Linda) Morris of Thornton, PA and Brian (Cindy) Morris of Media, PA.

Grandchildren:  Kristen Morris, Rocky Morris, Megan Morris, Dulcie Morris, Declan Morris and Molly Morris

Sisters and Brothers: Sandy (Hank) of Blauvelt, NY, Margie (Bill) of Lenni, PA, Ken (Karen) of Boothwyn, PA, Jim (Sandy) of Lenni, PA

Also survived by many nieces and nephews

Visitation: Friday, November 26th from 6:00-8:00PM at Minshall Shropshire-Bleyler Funeral Home, Ltd., Middletown (Rte. #352) & Knowlton Rds., Middletown Twp., Media, PA 19063.and Saturday, November 27th from 9:00-10:15AM at Holy Child Roman Catholic Church, 2500 Naamans Road, Wilmington, DE 19810.

Funeral Mass: Saturday, November 27^th at 10:30AM at Holy Child Roman Catholic Church, 2500 Naamans Road, Wilmington, DE 19810.

Interment: Media Cemetery.
