Obituary of Mamie A. Wassel

Mamie A. Wassel, “Mae”, age 92, of Glen Mills, PA, formerly of Parkside, PA, died Thursday, December 23, 2021. Mae was born August 1, 1929 in Pottsville, PA.  She was a bank teller for the former Fidelity and Sun East Federal Credit Union, until retiring.

Mae was a longtime parishioner of the Church of Our Lady of Charity, Brookhaven, PA.

Daughter of the late Dominic and Rose (Gerace) Cuccia and predeceased by 4 brothers and 2 sisters.

Survivors:

Sons: Joseph A. (Donna) Wassel of Aston, PA, Tony Wassel of Covington, TN, Michael (Sylvia) Wassel of Coatesville, PA and David (Barbara) Wassel of Brookhaven, PA.

Also survived by 11 Grandchildren and 3 Great-Grandchildren.

Visitation:  Thursday, December 30th from 10:00-10:45AM at the Church of Our Lady of Charity, 231 Upland Rd., Brookhaven, PA 19015.

Funeral Mass: Thursday, December 30^th at 11:00AM at the Church of Our Lady of Charity.

Interment: SS. Peter & Paul Cemetery.
