We are so sorry about Chet’s passing. He was a good friend and a great policeman. He was a past president of the Chester Fraternal order of police, and he did an excellent job serving and helping his fellow members of the FOP
He will be very much missed by everyone who knew him.

Chet, My friend, you were always such a cool guy! You had a heart of gold! Rest well buddy, and give Vic and the rest of our midnight crew a great big hug from me!!
