Condolences
Dennis was a classmate of mine in the pre-med graduating class of 1964 at LaSalle University. I was sorry to read of his passing in the most recent issue of the LaSallian.
Starting with well over 120 pre-med students in 1960, I believe only 25 or so of us graduated from the rigorous pre-med program. Dennis was always one of the top performing students and I remember him well. It is no surprise to read of his outstanding achievements in the field of medicine as a surgeon.
To the family I extend my most sincere condolences and will keep his memory close to my heart.
May his soul rest in peace with our Lord Jesus Christ.
I am so saddened by this news. Dr. Cronin was one the best surgeons I have ever worked with. I have many fond memories that I hold near and dear to my heart.
Rest in Peace Dr. Cronin. Prayers to his family.
Dr. Cronin was a mentor during my time at Taylor Hospital. His training impacts me to this day. He will be missed. My condolences to the family.
I am so sorry to hear this. I worked for many years in the OR with Dr. Cronin and he was loved by all of us who worked in Taylor's OR. He was one of my favorite surgeons. I am from the time of Dr. Baker/Erb/Cronin and so happy I knew and worked closely with them all. He was a funny guy and often had us all laughing during surgery. He was a wonderful doctor and will be missed. I live in Florida now so I will miss the funeral, I am so sorry. I have many fond memories and funny stories about him.
I am so very sorry for your loss. Dr. Cronin, call did many of my surgeries. He was always kind and attentive.
My mom worked at Taylor, and she told me Dr. Cronin was always a pleasure to work with.
He was a very kind man.

Loved Dr Cronin. Worked with him during my years at Taylor hospital. He will truly be missed. Thoughts and prayers to Regis and the family. Liz and George Gragg
I had the privilege and pleasure of working with Dr Cronin at Taylor. He cared for so many patients in the Delco area. We all knew that when we were assigned to his operating room, we would be listening to George Strait or Bob Seger and the Silver Bullet Band. He loved his music! May God bless Dr Cronin. In sympathy, Angela
