Dear Hart Family,

I just found out that Jim passed away. I am very sorry.

Over the years I have visited Jim's layout many times, the first time in 1993 and the last time in 2013, during the annual "Model Railroad Open House Season".

He has also been to my house in Neward, DE and looked at and run my train layout on some occasions.

We always had good conversations, about trains and personal things.

We were both pilots at some point in our lifes.

He will be missed as a person and a model railroader.

I wish you the strength to deal with this loss and wish all of you the best.
