Obituary of Dorothy I. Michenfelder

Dorothy Michenfelder, age 79, of Brookhaven, PA, formerly of Upland, PA, died on Monday, April 10, 2023 at Crozer Hospital.

Dot was born in Chester, PA.  She was employed with Christopher Chocolates/ O’Ryans Irish Potatoes as a Confectioner.

Dot loved vacationing at Indian Acres and going out on the boat crabbing. Her favorite pass time was retail therapy with her daughter. 

Dot loved to read, but most of all she loved spending time with her family.

Daughter of the late George and Irene Cooper, Loving Wife of the late Walter J. Michenfelder, Mother of the late Robert “Chip” A. Bates Jr.

Grandson: James (Lauren) Boyer

Great-Grandchildren: Ri, Lina, James III, Shawn, Karlee

Visitation: Saturday, April 22^nd from 11:00-11:45AM at the Minshall Shropshire-Bleyler Funeral Home, Middletown (Rte. #352) & Knowlton Rds., Middletown Twp., Media, PA 19063.

Funeral Service: Saturday, April 22^nd, at 12:00PM at the funeral home.

Interment: Private
