Obituary of Mary L. McVaugh

Mary L. McVaugh, age 77, of Brookhaven, PA, formerly of Glen Mills, PA, died on Monday, May 15, 2023. Mary was a graduate of Notre Dame High School, Moylan, PA.

Mary was employed at Manchester Nursing Home and Sterling Nursing Home as a nurse’s aide for many years and finished her career in medical records.

Mary was a parishioner of the Church of Our Lady of Charity, Brookhaven, PA.  She enjoyed spending summertime vacations in Rehoboth, DE and playing cards. Mary was devoted to her family and cherished spending time together, especially with her grandchildren.

Wife of the late Richard Carl McVaugh; Daughter of the late Alfred V. and Betty Shuey Weyhmuller, Jr., Sister of the late Alfred V. Weyhmuller III.

Survivors:

Sons: Rich, Steve (Vicki) and Dan (Michelle) McVaugh

Grandchildren: Mat (Kristen), Zach, and Kelly.

Great-Grandson: Mason

Sister: Dot Weaver

Also survived by nieces and nephews.

Visitation:  Tuesday, May 23^rd from 10:00-10:45AM at the Minshall Shropshire-Bleyler Funeral Home, Middletown (Rte. #352) & Knowlton Rds., Middletown Twp., Media, PA 19063.

Funeral Service: Tuesday, May 23^rd at 11:00AM at the funeral home.

Interment: Arlington Cemetery, Drexel Hill, PA.
