Obituary of Dennis J. Kerrigan

Dennis J. Kerrigan “Denny” age, 65, of Upland, PA, died on Thursday, June 8, 2023 after a long medical battle.  Dennis attended Hershey School for Boys, Hill Street, Upland, PA, and was a graduate of Chester High School, Class of 1977.   He was employed for 28 years with AstraZeneca, until retiring in 2012.

Denny was an avid Philadelphia sports fan, especially cheering on the Eagles.  He was a true outdoorsman who enjoyed boating and fishing in many special locations.  He built a Koi pond in his yard for his wife, Louise.  Denny was the ultimate prankster.  He was happiest when he was hanging out with family and friends. Denny enjoyed fun outdoor games, especially the competition with his brothers in horseshoes.  He enjoyed music and listening to his favorite artists Neil Young, Bob Dylan and Willy Nelson.  Denny had a love for his many dogs and all animals. Denny touched many lives and will be missed by all.

Son of the late Robert J. and Janet McCafferty Kerrigan; brother of the late Francis J. Kerrigan; Step-Son of the late Ronnie Loveland.

Loving Wife of 46 years: Louise Harding Kerrigan

Brothers: Joseph (Kelley), Kevin (Jennifer), Greg (Sandy) Kerrigan

Sisters: Susan (Bobby) Heckert, Corine Radewonuk, Jean Marie Kerrigan (Rick Hirsch)

Special Niece: Corine

Also survived by many Nieces, Nephews and Godchildren

Visitation:  Friday, June 16^th from 10:00-11:15AM at the Minshall Shropshire-Bleyler Funeral Home, Middletown (Rte. # 352) & Knowlton Rds., Middletown Twp., Media, PA 19063.

Funeral Service: Friday, June 16^th at 11:30AM at the funeral home.

Interment: Lawn Croft Cemetery.
