Catherine "Dolly" (Ashbridge) Witherup, A Woman Of Faith Catherine "Dolly" (Ashbridge) Witherup, 76, of Chester, PA, died Wednesday, April 17, 2013, at Sterling Healthcare and Rehab, Media, PA. Dolly was born, raised and educated in Chester, PA. She was a member of the First Baptist Church, Aston, PA, where she sang in the choir. Dolly was devoted to her family, church friends and especially treasured time spent with her grandchildren. Known for her hospitality, Dolly loved to cook and gather with her family and friends. She enjoyed bowling with her church family, sewing and crossword puzzles. Dolly was the wife of the late John R. Hinkle, Sr.; and mother of the late Sharon Hinkle.
