Obituary of Steven M. Hess

Steve Hess, age 51, of Aston passed away peacefully surrounded by his loving family on Saturday, September 7, 2024. Steve graduated from Sun Valley high school in 1991 and was the code enforcement officer Borough of West Chester. Steve was an avid Philly sports fan until it came to college sports where he was a die-hard North Carolina Tar Heels fan. Most weekends The Hess boys, Steve and Zain, could be found either on the golf course or watching a sporting event, especially if it was one of his nieces or nephews playing.

Steve is survived by his son Zain, parents Michael (Mayor) and Jeanne Hess, Brothers and Sister; Michael (Linda), Paula (James), Dan (Shannon), numerous nieces and nephews, and a remarkably close circle of friends.

Visitation: Tuesday, September 17th from 4:30-6:45PM at the Minshall Shropshire-Bleyler Funeral Home, Middletown (Rte. #352) & Knowlton Rds., Middletown Twp., Media, PA 19063.

Funeral Service: Tuesday, September 17th at 7:00PM at the funeral home.

Interment will be private.
